How will payment be made?
A Square payment invoice will be sent for your debit/credit card payment.
No checks or cash will be accepted.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book your photoshoot. The non-refundable retainer fee is due at the time of signing of agreement. The final payment will be due by or on the date of the photoshoot. No final edits will be delivered until payment is made in full.
How will I receive the digital files?
After the photoshoot, I will go through all of the photos and pick the best 50-70 photos.
I will put a basic edit on all of the photos and then upload them to a client gallery (ShootProof) for you to view and pick the ones you want.
In the gallery, you can star your favorites. At that point you can let me know if there is any extra retouching you want, etc. Then I will make the final edits and open the download option for you.
Will I receive the “raw” files with my purchase?
I don’t provide the .RAW files to clients for two main reasons. First, the .RAW files are unedited files straight from the camera, and as such do not represent my photography quite yet. Second, they’re extremely large and thus mostly unusable to layman as they can only be viewed with special software.
As the model your work is finished at the end of the shoot, but the photographer’s work is just beginning.
Think of RAW files as an unfinished painting. It takes a trained eye and honed skill with special post processing tools to transform it into the final product that you love.
OPTION TO ADD ADDITIONAL DIGITAL FILES TO YOUR PACKAGE:
Your portraiture package comes with what's listed on the pricing guide. Our studio focuses on selling completed work, such as professionally enhanced, full-resolution JPEG digital files. While there is no obligation to purchase additional files, they are available at the following rates. Images you do not choose are discarded.
Please note Texas state sales tax of 8.25 percent is applied to all purchases.

STUDIO RETOUCHING AND EDITING POLICY
Per your contract, here is our studio editing policy. Once we receive your list of final images, the selections are professionally edited and enhanced. Our retouching style is natural; however, each image is unique and treated as such. You may expect the following items.
*All acne, blemishes, or scratches removed from each person
*Skin smoothing and softening applied to each person
*Softening/removing bags under the eyes of each person
*Removing flakes or peeling skin from each person
*Removal of facial shine
*Stray hair removal from each person as well as flyaway hairs around their heads or shoulders
*Teeth whitening for those who it applies
*Eye sharpening for those who apply
*Adjusting skin tones as needed
*Any bumps or bruises removed as needed
*Eye whitening for those who apply
